Are you ready to invigorate your goals? Join our new four-week challenge starting on Monday 2 February, designed to rejuvenate your healthy habits by encouraging you to explore new activities.

Each week, we offer six different nutritional and exercise-related tasks for you to tackle, or you can set your own targets.

To further inspire you, there are three achievement levels:

  • Bronze: Complete 1 nutrition and 1 exercise task each week
  • Silver: Complete 2 nutrition and 2 exercise tasks each week
  • Gold: Complete 3 nutrition and 3 exercise tasks each week

To help you stay accountable and focused, please respond to the weekly e-newsletter with the tasks you intend to accomplish.

Week 1 Tasks

  • Drink 2 litres of water daily
  • Enjoy 2 vegetarian main meals
  • Create low-calorie desserts
  • Increase your daily steps by 1,000
  • Stretch three times a day every day this week
  • Attend a Livewell class

Week 2 Tasks

  • Try a new fruit, vegetable, or salad
  • Cook a "fakeaway" meal
  • Enhance your water with natural flavours
  • Explore a new walking route
  • Perform strength training for 5 minutes, twice this week
  • Complete a 20-minute home workout

Week 3 Tasks

  • Batch cook three meals
  • Swap your treats for healthy snacks this week
  • Keep a food diary
  • Join a Livewell walk
  • Practise three balance exercises every day
  • Try a new class

Week 4 Tasks

  • Replace fizzy drinks with healthier options
  • Reduce alcohol consumption for one week
  • Incorporate three different vegetables and two different fruits this week
  • Walk an extra mile every day this week
  • Climb the stairs each time you boil the kettle
  • Participate in or create a family physical activity (dance, Wii, bowling, trampolining, swimming, etc.)
