For two weeks from Monday 2nd December, take part in the daily activity or home workout from our dedicated team of elf-y Advisors to help you to stay active in the lead up to Christmas.
Each fun workout demonstrates what to do, how to do it and how long for. You can do most from the comfort of your home and re-watch the YouTube videos or pause and repeat as needed.
Mon 2 Dec - Christmas Circuits with Niamh
Take part in this home workout over on our Youtube channel.
Use water bottles, tins or weights and a chair.
Tues 3 Dec - Seasonal Squats
Complete throughout the day whilst making a festive brew or in between wrapping presents!
Level 1 - 25, Level 2 - 50, Level 3 - 100
Make it easier - use a chair to sit down and stand up
Make it harder - switch to squat jumps or hold weights whilst squatting
Weds 4 Dec - Chrimbo Cardio Punch Workout with Joe

All exercises for 40 secs with a 20 secs rest in between. Aim for 3 rounds with 1 min rest in between rounds.
Thurs 5 Dec - Snow Angel Jumping Jacks
Complete throughout the day whilst making a festive brew or in between wrapping presents!
Level 1 - 25, Level 2 - 50, Level 3 - 100
Make it easier - do half jacks or seated jacks
Make it harder - do them all in go or make them into star jump coming off the floor
Friday 6 Dec - Comet Crunches with Kellie

Saturday 7 Dec - Sleigh the Weights with Stu

Complete each exercise for 1 min, no rest. After each set take 1 min rest. Aim for 3 rounds.
Sunday 8 Dec - Walking in a Winter Wonderland
Enjoy a Wintery walk to boost your step count.

You don't have to do them all in one go, split them up throughout the day!
