Experience
I worked as an Early Years Teaching Assistant for 15 years before joining the Livewell Customer Contact Team. I have had lots of experience within a caring environment, and I gained a lot of transferable skills. It really is amazing how much you can learn from chatting to a four-year-old, now I get to chat to grown-ups instead!
Job Role
I am a member of Livewell's Customer Contact Team. We are a cog in the machine that can hopefully help you make positive steps to achieve your personal health goals. At some point you could talk to me about our programmes that will starts you on that journey or when booking in for courses/sessions if you're already a client.
It is a true privilege to be able to help others as a part of my job.

My passion/interests
My family are my world, I love spending time with them, and enjoy catching up with my friends. I am a Derby County fan and go to the odd game if I can. I do enjoy being a bit ‘crafty'. You will often find me knitting away, cutting something up or sewing something together! Mindfulness is an important part of my life and creating something is my happy place. That and charity shops!
Best achievement
By far my children. I am so proud of them.
What you might be surprised to hear about me
I love different works of art and have started to re-create my favourite pieces using paint-by-numbers to display on my stairs and around my home. So far, I have tried Hope by Banksy, Going to Work by Lowry, and I am about to start a self-portrait by Frida Kahlo. I like going to the Museum of Making in Derby and staring at the real-life Lowry painting, Near A Mill. I have several other paint-by-numbers and a bought painting that were gifts that I treasure.
