Experience
Health and fitness have always been a passion of mine since childhood. I enjoyed various sports including football, taekwondo, biking and swimming. Creating my own healthy recipes was another hobby of mine.
Later I studied Nutrition, Health and Lifestyles at university. Sharing my passion for health and fitness with others has always been such a rewarding experience, represented in previous job roles including Fitness Instructor, Healthy Lifestyle Specialist, Nutritionist, Locality Coach, Diabetes Educator as well as being a Yoga Teacher.
Job Role
As a Livewell Advisor I lead healthy lifestyle sessions including exercise and healthy eating to groups within the community. I also support clients to stop smoking. Seeing clients grow in confidence, as well as adapting their lifestyles provides great fulfilment throughout the job role.

I love the outdoors! Most weekends you will find me somewhere in the Peak District either hiking or biking! I also enjoy climbing and recently completed a lead climbing course which is so much fun as well as being super scary! I practice yoga daily as well as meditation.

My Best Achievement
Hiking Tour Du Mont Blanc recently, a massive challenge but well worth the pain for the stunning views.
